Ten years ago, I had an injury resulting in a T12 compression fracture. the doctors fused 5 vertebrae in my back. Following the surgery and recovery, I was able to return to my normal activities, including weight lifting. About a year ago, I woke up in the middle of the night with sharp, severe back pain and radiating leg pain. I was unable to get off the couch without assistance. After seeing 3-4 doctors, being diagnosed with a severe disc herniation, and being prescribed one pain med after another, I was no better. That's when I came to Iowa Chiropractic Clinic. After only 2-3 weeks, my leg pain was gone and my back pain was dramatically better. Today, with regular maintenance care, I am virtually pain free, doing everything I want to, including weight lifting, and I feel better than I have in a long time!

I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for your excellent care and going above and beyond when it comes to services and care.

I remember the first time I came into your office shortly after you opened. I could hardly move my neck and I was very leery of chiropractic care because of past experiences. You put my care to rest and within a few treatments I was much better. I maintained regular maintenance care and would not trust my neck to anyone else.

Then last summer, I was moving into my new office and herniated two discs in my back and all the medical doctors were telling me I needed to have surgery. I was in the hospitial for three days and I felt like you were a partner in my healthcare and a friend. Called you daily and share the suggested treatment plans and knew you would point me in the right direction to get my health back where I wanted. I was in terrible pain and called you on a Saturday in tears. You came in on a Saturday and gave me an adjustment but more than that you gave me hope that surgery may not be the only options and that I could get to the point that I could get back to normal activities. Normal in my book is very active to most anyone else riding bikes, swimming, working out and running my own business. It took several months and I am not totally where I need to be but I know I will be before summer.

Thank you and your staff for all you do. You truly have made my life better and I would not trust my spinal health to anyone else. You are worth the drive from Des Moines for treatments.

We brought our son, AJ, to Dr. Martin one year ago. AJ had been suffering from a chronic nighttime cough for almost two years and his treatment was an inhaler (Advair) twice a day that included a steroid (Asthma -- so they told us). On good faith, we took AJ off of the inhaler as soon as we started treatment with Dr. Martin and he has not been on it since! Thank you Dr. Martin - you have made us believers in chiropractics as the best solution!

I was in yesterday and have been feeling under the weather because of constant sinus issue that I have. Dr. Martin did a couple extra adjustments on my back/neck and I immediately felt light headed and my sinuses started to drain...all a good thing.

I woke up this morning and my sinuses have continued to drain and I actually feel a ton better! I can't thank you guys enough for the work that you've done on me. Tonya recommended that I go here because of my chronic low back pain and the possibility of helping out with my sinuses. The treatments I've been receiving are definitely helping!

You guys are a wonderful team and I appreciate the work that everyone has done for me.
